	I had to go for a sailing trip for 4 days so I have yet to find out how she is doing recently but this was the last I heard from her. I think she is on track to get hooked though lol. Didn't get much of a chance to smoke over the weekend since the parents were home. did manage to sneak out at night for some practice being bad :) Most of teh drags and inhales are getting much easier. Ever once in a awhile I have to concentrate to get it down and not cough as my poor body is going what the F%^^& are you doing Sarah. Head spins have gotten milder which I guess means progress but I really liked the head spin. This morning I did notice a change, in that I really liked how the cigarette felt in my hands and my lips. in stead of barley touching the cigarette my lips really felt good wrapping around it, and my first two drags actually tasted not bad if not enjoyable. The rest it got a bit harsh and less enjoyable but did feel really relaxed afterwards. hopefully I can get through my next three cigs today with as much success.
