i really thought i ought to let you guys know that my smokey girl, kate is pregnant! now to start with, i didn't notice, because she's got a belly anyway. but a week ago i noticed her belly was bigger than usual - more of a bulge now - incredibly sexy. she admitted to me that she thought she might be preggers so we went to the doctor and he confirmed that she was 3 months gone. as soon as we got out of the surgery she lit one of her marlboro reds and coughed in a gorgeus way. so we walked home, and i noticed she was breathing heavier than usual due to the extra weight. we then had a long discussion while she chain smoked about whether or not she should cut down the smoking. we didn't even mention quitting cos she really couldn't do that and i'm not having it! eventually we decied she will cut down to three packs a day, but guess how many packs she had today - 4! sh's admitted she can't do it so she's still smoking normally. the most gorgeus thing was waking up this morning, with my arms around kate's extra belly. i was awake for about four minutes before she moved. she opened her eyes and immediately leant over to her bedside table to grap her marlboros - and started that gorgeus, chesty, choking old lady cough. i wouldn't let her get out of bed so she had to cough into a cup. she was incapable of lighting her fag so i had to light it and then gave it to her and she coughed out each inhale while i rubbed her chest and her belly. after three fags i made love to her while she repeatedly coughed and wheezed at the exertion, and coughed phlegm on my face. after this we had an in-depth discussion about how bad she feels about continuing smoking, and she admitted that she had no choice. I told her that i found her smoking and pregnant extremely sexy, and that i would even more so when her belly gets really huge. she cheered up at this and resolved to smoke normally for the pregnancy. she said she may consider abortion if the baby is damaged but the chances of that are unlikely. then, just when her cough had calmed down, she stood up and lit another ciggie, and the cough began all over again. we went to the bathroom and she coughed up loads in the basin. i'm looking forward to when she's too big to bend over the basin! she then continued to cough in the shower, and over our breakfast, and after breakfast is when she normally calms down which she did. then i left for work and thought about her all day - how black her lungs are, how sexy her cough is and how good she will look with her huge pregnant belly and a fag in her mouth. i also love to consider how much she would cough and moan if she ever had to run a long way, which reminds me i must get her down the gym again soon - i'm very worried about her fitness you know! but today also, i considered how her congested chest will cope with the physical exertion of childbirth, how she will cope with 9 hours+ in the hospital in childbirth without a cig. and also of the disapproving faces of the doctors and nurses as she comes into hospital, her hair, skin and breath reeking of the days 80 fags.
