	Hi fagash, Gee whiz, and I thought that the joke was pretty good, considering the themes you prefer. I guess you don't like being the "butt" of any humor, eh? :) Well, it's a good thing that your gf balances that particular lack in your personality repertoire. As for whether Kate is imaginary or not, I don't know. It just comes off that way to me...a lot. Either way, I don't think your conclusion regarding whether I belong here or not is valid. I'm one of you guys, into the whole smoking obsession. I guess I just prefer more subtlety in my stories, you know, more realism. I don't think that a person with the kind of cough you depict would go through life as though unconcerned, all in order to satisfy your fetishitic needs, or for whatever the reasons. I think, if you can believe me that my advice comes with deeply felt humility, that adding major concern on her part, with a compulsive need to continue her smoking anyway, would be much more stimulating...and believable. Hey, consider this a mere writer's discussion. And remember, just because someone doubts your word doesn't mean they should be censored. It wasn't as if I was crude or profane or disrespectful, something that you crossed the border on in your request that I "piss off".
